Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate.

If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 4 days in writing.

  1. 1.These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. 2.By completing your details and clicking the Submit Details button on the final part of the Checkout screen you are offering to buy the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
  3. 3.We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you in our online store.
  4. 4.Our products are subject to availability. If the goods ordered are not available you will be offered a full refund.
  5. 5.Refunds are STRICTLY subject to a 20% re-stocking fee provided goods are returned within 7 days from date of purchase complete & in their original packing. No exceptions will be made whatsoever.All returned goods MUST be in their original packing and with all manuals.
  6. You will under a duty to take reasonable care to see that returned goods are packaged, so are not damaged in transit. An appropriate method of return should be used, and adequate packaging should be employed to protect the goods from damage during transit
